Encik Mimpi satu nama artis selebriti yang tidak asing lagi dalam dunia hiburan tanah air, beliau menampil imej lelaki bertopeng seperti Bandi Amuk.

Kata Encik Mimpi, dia tiada masalah untuk mendedahkan namanya sebelum ini, tetapi kerana mahu mengekalkan imej misteri yang dikenali oleh pengikut setianya di blog, YouTube dan akaun laman sosialnya yang lain, dia lebih selesa dikenali dengan nama penanya itu.

“Saya akui mula-mula melangkah masuk dalam industri muzik, saya masih mentah dan tidak faham etika kerja wartawan khususnya akhbar yang perlu merekodkan nama penuh.

“Semakin kerap saya berurusan dengan mereka, semakin saya faham kerja mereka dan kebanyakan wartawan menghormati apabila diminta merahsiakan identiti saya asalkan kita berterus terang dengan mereka.

“Dulu saya tidak faham, kalau buat pendedahan nama sebenar mungkin ia membunuh elemen misteri yang menjadi identiti Encik Mimpi. Tetapi, saya sekarang sudah lebih terbuka untuk berkongsi nama penuh saya,” katanya yang masih merahsiakan maklumat lain untuk terus kekal dengan imej sedemikian.
